WHSC Office of Well-Being (EmWELL) Organizational Structure


The EmWELL Advisory Council consist of representatives of WHSC units and serves as the primary advisory and decision-making body, it supports the work of committees and workgroups. Committees (including Education, Discovery and Innovation, Advocacy, and Clinical Care Committees) focus on specific areas of work related to well-being. Workgroups help bring forward voices and well-being needs of teams they represent, and serve as liaisons with the front lines. Physicians, registered nurses, advanced practice providers, supporting partners, licensed core professionals, and residents & fellows are examples of workgroups within the Clinical Care Committee.

EmWELL organizational structure: Operations Team leads the Advisory Council, which includes Co-Leads of Committees (Education, Discovery and Innovation, Advocacy) and Workgroups (Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Nursing, Licensed Core Professionals, Supporting Partners), WHSC Entity Representatives (School of Medicine, School of Nursing, School of Public Health, Primate Research Center, Emory Hospitals), and Strategic Partner Representatives (Contact Center, Digital Operations, HR, FSAP, Quality, Spiritual Health, Healthy Emory, Workplace Violence Prevention, ERG, CHOA Physician Well-Being)
