Emily Novicki, MA, MPH
Project Coordinator

Emily Novicki, MA, MPH is a Project Coordinator in the Emory Office of Well-Being (EmWELL). She has more than a decade of experience in public health, specializing in occupational safety and health. Her work spans project management, health communications, program evaluation, and partnerships.
Previously, Emily worked at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. There she supported the Impact Wellbeing™ campaign, which encouraged hospital leaders to make systems changes to improve healthcare worker well-being.
Emily earned a Master of Arts in Applied Anthropology and a Master of Public Health from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL.
