Jonathan Kreyling-Hoag, MPH

Jonathan Kreyling-Hoag, MPH, serves as the Project Coordinator at WHSC Office of Well-Being (EmWELL). In this role, he supports foundational programs and initiatives designed to improve the well-being of Emory employees. His primary areas of focus include supporting the GROSS initiative, coordinating communications and social media efforts, and using storytelling to highlight employee experiences and the impact of well-being across the organization.
Before joining EmWELL, Jonathan worked in workplace health and safety at Amazon, where he supported employee safety, engagement, and process improvement initiatives. This experience strengthened his interest in creating healthier work environments and supporting employees through practical, system-level improvements.
Jonathan believes that when employees feel supported and cared for, they are better able to provide meaningful care to their patients. He is passionate about helping create a workplace culture where caring for yourself is recognized as an important part of caring for others.
