Program Manager

Kendall Dennis, MS, RD, LD, PMP serves as Program Manager in the Office of Well-Being (EmWELL). Kendall has dedicated her academic and professional career to human health promotion, which has led her to now supporting workplace well-being programs as a part of EmWELL. She holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Georgia and an M.S. in Health Sciences with a concentration in Nutrition from Georgia State University.

Kendall began her career in the pharmaceutical industry in Project and Product Management, where she partnered with marketing and regulatory teams to drive product launches and develop go-to-market strategy for drugs and dietary supplements. This experience gave her a strong foundation in managing cross-functional initiatives, timelines, and compliance requirements.

After becoming a Registered Dietitian (RD) in 2023, Kendall worked in the hospital setting, educating patients on therapeutic diets to manage diet-related chronic conditions, managing enteral and parenteral nutrition support provisions, and working as part of an interdisciplinary care team. This clinical, front-line experience gave her firsthand insight into the demands and pressures facing healthcare workers and an understanding that informs her work in EmWELL.

Kendall is excited to support healthcare workers on a system-wide level. She is passionate about building programs and environments that reinforce overall well-being, with particular interest in the connection between access to nutritious, affordable food and workforce health. Kendall brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, project management experience, and lived understanding of the healthcare environment to her work as EmWELL’s Program Manager.
