Tia Bradley, M.S., CHES serves as the Program Manager at the Emory WHSC Office of Well-Being (EmWELL). She leads programs to further EmWELL's mission including the EmBRACE Peer Support Program and projects focused on addressing culture and operational efficiency.

Tia has a professional background in employee well-being program management, employee benefits, and corporate communications. Prior to joining Emory in March of 2024, Tia worked in the financial services field, managing a holistic well-being program supporting 20,000 employees across multiple locations. Her work focused on promoting employee well-being through benefits, innovative programming, and policy enhancements.

Tia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in Health Promotion from Mississippi State University. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and holds a certificate in Mental Health First Aid and a culinary health coaching certificate from the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine.
